Desde la Secretaría de Cultura, Recreación y Deporte lidéramos la formulación de la Política Pública de Lectura, Escritura y Oralidad, orientada a fortalecer los derechos culturales y educativos de toda la ciudadanía.
Junto al IDPAC, queremos conocer cuáles son tus ideas para acercar la lectura, la escritura, la oralidad y las bibliotecas a tu familia, amigos, a tu barrio, vereda o localidad.
